We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team supporting one of our largest client programmes.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.
- Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities.
- Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance.
- Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Who we're looking for:

- Confidence building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders.
- A willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face in various locations.
- Experience in agency or internal recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing services sector account management would be particularly valuable.
