We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our client based in Manchester city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative digital products and services across retail platforms, including Point of Sale (POS) systems and in-store technology, in a collaborative, product-led environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and services, including POS and retail technology solutions
  • Manage risks, budgets, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Work with cross-functional agile teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital and in-store solutions
  • Drive continuous service improvements across platforms, including store-facing and payment technologies
  • Support roadmap planning and coordinate delivery across interconnected systems such as POS, payments, and backend services

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in digital delivery or project management, ideally with exposure to retail or POS systems
  • Background working in agile, multi-disciplinary environments (Kanban/iterative)
  • Understanding of in-store technology, payments, or customer transaction systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenge constructively
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
