This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week. One-to-one interviews discussing career options. Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available). Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role. Role Requirements Skills: Strong communication and listening skills. Personable and able to engage with people from all backgrounds. IT proficiency. Experience: Interview experience preferred (coaching background not required). Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person) Call centre experience considered (for people skills). What you’ll be doing: Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities Assessing candidates against fixed criteria Providing feedback on a candidate’s performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process Conducting individual career discussions with candidates Writing accurate reports to assist recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses What we’re looking for: Good communication skills both verbal and written The ability to nurture and mentor candidates Excellent Team Player Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage Organised approach Strong attention to detail Good MS Office skills
