Position: Army Interviewer/ Assessor

Salary: £27,820 (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities
- One-to-one interviews discussing career options.
- Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available).
- Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role.
- Family or friends with Army experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- BPSS clearance (3 years residency in the UK).
- Must be able to drive.
- Comfortable with overnight stays and on-call duties.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Personable and able to engage with people from all backgrounds.
- IT proficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Interview experience preferred (coaching background not required).
- Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person).
- Call centre experience considered (for people skills).
This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £27,820 (non-negotiable).
23 days holiday plus bank holiday increase with time of service.
Up to 5% pension match.
