We are hiring an IRD Exotic Trade Support Analyst to join a high-performing Product Control team within a leading global investment bank. This role sits within the Trade Support function, providing critical front-to-back operational support across complex interest rate and FX derivatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate trade capture, validation, and reconciliation across systems, while partnering closely with Front Office, Risk, and Operations teams to support business-critical trading activity.

The Product Control function is responsible for validating financial performance, ensuring valuation accuracy, and maintaining a robust control framework across trading activities. Trade Support specifically focuses on monitoring transactions and ensuring integrity across the front-to-back trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate flow from Front Office systems to back-office platforms
  • Perform trade booking and amendments across workflows such as MAD and STP processes
  • Validate trade representation and ensure alignment between systems (e.g., Front Office vs Murex)
  • Conduct reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across trade attributes (PV, rates, cashflows, fixing dates)
  • Monitor trade blotters, ensuring timely allocation and processing of transactions
  • Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, P&L, and confirmations teams to resolve issues and reduce operational risk
  • Handle queries related to booking discrepancies from internal stakeholders and clients
  • Support options lifecycle processes (expiry management, confirmations, processing)
  • Contribute to system enhancements, issue resolution, and IT change requests
  • Participate in strategic and transversal projects across Product Control
  • Assist in training and onboarding junior team members
