We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the rollout of new CRM and PMA tooling solutions across four pilot markets. This role will focus on ensuring markets are prepared, engaged and ready for deployment, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful pilot programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pilot market readiness activities and deployment plans
- Track milestones, actions, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Work closely with market leads, business stakeholders and programme teams
- Ensure pilot markets complete agreed deliverables and are ready for launch
- Support training, communications and adoption activities
- Monitor rollout progress and provide regular status updates to programme leadership
- Escalate issues and blockers that could impact delivery timelines
About You
- Previous Project Manager, Project Coordinator or PMO experience
- Experience supporting business transformation, change or system implementation projects
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Exposure to CRM deployments, software implementations or tooling rollouts would be beneficial
