We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join a growing Microsoft-focused team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys a blend of hands-on functional consulting and project management responsibilities, working with modern Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot for Sales, and AI-enabled CRM solutions.
This role offers a 60/40 split between Functional Consulting and Project Management, making it ideal for someone who can confidently drive requirements, engage stakeholders, and oversee successful project delivery.
The Role
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to optimise and enhance the organisation's Microsoft business applications landscape. You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational requirements while managing projects through their full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting (60%)
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather and document requirements.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of CRM capabilities.
- Work across:

- Power Platform
- Support the implementation and enhancement of:
- Copilot for Sales
- AI capabilities within CRM

- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance to users and stakeholders.
Project Management (40%)
- Lead business application projects from inception through to delivery.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Facilitate clear communication across the business.
- Ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

You'll be an experienced Functional Consultant with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to lead projects in a Microsoft environment.
