A Marketing Leading Consultancy that specialises in providing AV and UCC solutions is looking to hire a ServiceNow Application Manager. In this role, you will support the business initiative to continuously improve their ServiceNow platform. Your focus will be on the system processes, optimisation, and supporting the overall application environment.
This will be a client/stakeholder-facing role, collaborating with 6 fellow applications managers to support the adoption and expansion of ServiceNow across the business (This will include business and customer integrations).
The requirement for this individual is to have expertise in the ServiceNow Customer Service Management. FSM, ITSM, and SPM are desirable.
Salary: £80,000
Location/Hybrid: 1-2 days per week to London (Or Sunbury)
Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in ServiceNow Applications, specifically CSM (FSM/ITSM/SPM - nice to have)
- Proven experience as an Application manager or consultant with line management and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge in workflows, UI policies, flow designer, ACL, integration hub, and business rules
- Strong expertise and knowledge of customer service business processes
- Desirable knowledge of JavaScript/JSON/XML and ServiceNow API
