Project Manager – Contract This role provides an excellent growth opportunity for individuals interested in telecommunication project delivery, allowing hands-on involvement and exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management of site acquisition, design and build workstreams within a Telecoms company. Job Responsibilities Prepare regular project reports, including status reports for key milestones to ensure KPI’s are adhered. Produce such reports for both internal and external stakeholders and escalate as required Organise and schedule project tasks, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Ensure project documentation is organised, quality checked, up-to-date, approved and accessible to internal and external stakeholders within SLA timeframes and escalate as required. Example of PCI / RAMS / Handover packs Support the legal and site acquisition specialists and client site management team in Land Disposal Risk Assessment management. Manage project risks on systems with delivery managers and support the mitigation, tracking and escalation of risks as required To set up, monitor and proactively steer projects through the relevant site management databases with internal stakeholders ensuring data standards are adhered to within interal OLA’s Experience Required Experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
