A global law firm is seeking to hire a Transformation Project Manager for a 24-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or more projects in collaboration with key business stakeholders. The transformation projects will encompass various departments, including Marketing, General Counsel, Compliance, and more.
You will work alongside Senior PM Leadership, managing direct stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Salary: £80,000-£85,000
Location: 2 days per week in the City of London
Duration: 24 months (2 years)
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing the E2E projects within transformation/change and successful delivery within complex business environments (i.e., regulated, professional service).
- Strong understanding of business change principles, including knowledge of aligning projects with business outcomes, managing stakeholder impacts, and facilitating the adoption of new tools/processes/systems/culture.
- Have a risk-averse process to assess and mitigate risks, as well as manage scope changes effectively.
- Experience leading and managing the delivery of multiple projects across diverse teams to promote a collaborative environment and ensure the success of set projects.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as third-party partners, executive stakeholders, and clients/customers.
- Highly desirable experience working within Big 4 consultancies / Professional Services.
