Workday Financials Programme Director – OUTSIDE IR35 Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Workday Financials Implementation Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis Hybrid working and some european travel required Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus Experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions. Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus. Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
