We’re supporting a global organisation on a high-profile rebrand transformation and are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead this business-critical initiative end-to-end. This is not a pure marketing programme — it’s a whole-organisation change, spanning Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Communications. You’ll take ownership of programme delivery across multiple markets, ensuring a seamless transition from brand strategy through to global rollout.
The Role
- Lead a large-scale global rebrand programme, coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams
- Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations
- Establish and run programme governance (steering committees, reporting, decision forums)
- Manage complex dependencies (e.g. legal approvals, IT migrations, launch sequencing)
- Partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite / ExCo) and external agencies
- Oversee budget, risks, and delivery milestones across a multi-million-pound programme
- Drive global rollout and internal adoption, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering global rebrands as Programme Manager (essential)
- Demonstrable ownership of cross-functional workstreams (Legal, Finance, IT, HR — not just Marketing)
- Strong track record managing large, complex programmes (£5m+ budgets)
- Experience operating in multi-market, global environments
- Excellent stakeholder management with confidence, engaging senior leadership
- Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery planning
If you’ve delivered a global rebrand at scale, this is your chance to own another — apply now or message me directly to hear more.
