Working Hours: Double Days (Week 1: 6am - 2pm, Week 2: 2pm - 10pm) - 40 Hours a week

SRG are currently working with a growing manufacturing business looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support operations within a fast‐paced production environment. The role focuses on maximising equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with GMP, SOP, and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
  • Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Supporting breakdowns
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assisting with machinery installation and improvement projects

You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and production teams, providing flexible support to meet operational targets.

Requirements:

  • Time‐served engineer with recognised electrical apprenticeship, and/or qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, etc.)
  • Skilled in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience, ideally holding 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Strong fault‐finding skills on PLCs, 3‐phase systems, motors, drives, sensors, and relays
