We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Techno Functional Consultant to work within an environment to help improve and fix issues within HR and Payroll with Oracle. This is for our client who is a Russell Group University. This will be on contract, Inside IR35 and hybrid working out of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to review current issues within Payroll.
- Engage with stakeholders to ascertain issues and present new processes to be put in place for Oracle EBS HR Function.
- Extensive Technical Oracle E-Business Suite experience (PL SQL) as well as functional expertise primarily in HR & Payroll modules.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, preferably HR, PAY, SSHR, AM and OLM and preferably have completed at least one full project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM (On Prem).
- HRMS Schema and RTI Processes Understanding.
- Oracle EBS functional certifications would be an advantage.
