Network Engineer

Overview

NETWORK ENGINEER – OUTSIDE IR35 – 6 MONTHS. One of Lorien’s Lanarkshire based Public Sector clients is looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract, working across a few local sites. They are seeking a Network Engineer to assist the team with the implementation of key projects that are currently deploying; scope may develop into other projects depending on demands. The 3 main projects are the completion of a Wi‑Fi refresh update of ISE servers and the full deployment of Network Access Control. All solutions have been started but the client needs assistance in finalising the projects to close.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of key network projects, including Wi‑Fi refresh of ISE servers and full deployment of Network Access Control.
• Contribute to finalising ongoing projects to bring them to closure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with the listed network technologies.
• Current certification: CCNA and/or higher in security & enterprise.
