- We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant to join a growing Microsoft-focused team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys a blend of hands-on functional consulting and project management responsibilities, working with modern Microsoft technologies including
Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot for Sales, and AI-enabled CRM solutions .
This role offers a
60/40 split between Functional Consulting and Project Management , making it ideal for someone who can confidently drive requirements, engage stakeholders, and oversee successful project delivery.
The Role
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to optimise and enhance the organisation's Microsoft business applications landscape.
You'll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational requirements while managing projects through their full lifecycle.

About You
You'll be an experienced Functional Consultant with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to lead projects in a Microsoft environment.
Essential Experience
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience delivering projects and managing stakeholders.
- Strong communication and business-facing skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Experience working across multiple departments and business functions.
