SIAM Solution Architect – 6‑Month Contract – Leeds (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced SIAM Architect looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team and lead the architecture for ITSM and service integration across a multi‑supplier environment.
In this role, you will define and deliver the architectural roadmap for ITSM tooling—particularly around the BMC Helix ecosystem—while working closely with delivery teams and major third‑party suppliers. You’ll act as the primary architect within the team, shaping end‑to‑end service integration, data architecture (incl. CMDB), and new tool integrations.
You will be involved in but not limited to:
- Create and govern the architectural roadmap for ITSM and SIAM capabilities
- Lead high‑level service and solution architecture, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice
- Design scalable, integrated service management solutions and maintain key architectural artefacts
- Work closely with major suppliers (e.g., telco and managed service providers) to ensure effective integration and governance
Key focus areas:
- ITSM tooling architecture (preferably BMC Helix)
- CMDB, service mapping & data architecture
- New tool integrations and observability assessments
- Working closely with major third‑party suppliers
- Presenting technical designs and influencing stakeholders up to director level
