Lead Field Engineer

Lorien\’s leading banking client is looking for an experienced Lead Field Engineer with experience in Leading Teams and working with Stakeholders, and experience/familiarity of working with Power Platform on an initial 6month contract with potential for extension/conversion to permanent.
This role is based in London.
This role will be Inside IR35 Via Umbrella
Working in a Hybrid Model of 1-2 day a week on site .
Key Skills and Experiences
- Manage Software Engineers representing the EE CRM/Low Code Coe.
- Oversee the delivery of software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business and aligns to bank standards, patterns and guardrails.
- Manage the supply of engineers to projects in line with budget and headcount constraints.
- Liaises with business stakeholders, principal Engineers, architects in the domain to shape and successfully deliver projects
- Collaborates with Principal Engineers to understand the wider Platform, Domain and Enterprise agendas and supports the realisation of these.

- Expert level skill in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, .NET, SQL, HTML5, CSS.
