About the Role
SRG are currently seeking a Head of Electrical Engineering to lead the electrical design function across cutting‑edge capital projects for an EPC client. This is a leadership position responsible for driving engineering projects, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring high‑quality electrical design delivery from concept through to commissioning. This role can be remote, with occasional travel to project sites and client meetings. You will combine hands‑on design expertise with strategic leadership, guiding a growing electrical engineering team while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- Experience in electrical design engineering, ideally within the life science sector.
- Proven ability to deliver design and build projects across all stages of the lifecycle.
