This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week.
- One-to-one interviews discussing career options.
- Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available).
- Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role.

Skills:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Personable and able to engage with people from all backgrounds.
- IT proficiency.
Experience:
- Interview experience preferred (coaching background not required).
- Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person)
- Call centre experience considered (for people skills).
What you’ll be doing:
- Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions
- Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities
- Assessing candidates against fixed criteria
- Providing feedback on a candidate’s performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process
- Conducting individual career discussions with candidates
- Writing accurate reports to assist recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses
What we’re looking for:

- Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage
