Impellam Group is expanding the Employee Relations team, and we are opening a new ER Specialist role!

The role is permanent, full time, and it provides a fantastic career development path into HR leadership, as well as developing and expanding your knowledge across any corporate ER matter in a busy and varied environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with relevant experience to further their career in ER.

The purpose of this role is to support the Group with advice and guidance on approaching Employee Relations matters in line with group and local policy to ensure we are compliant in all our group ER practices.

You will focus on more than just disciplinaries, sickness or performance concerns and have exposure to high-level complex cases requiring your expert knowledge and experience in applying UK employment legislation, alongside the ability to take a commercial approach in matters such as:

  • TUPE in and out
  • Redundancy and restructures
  • End to end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements
  • Any other day to day ER cases.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to support a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple brands and disciplines, and you will need to have strong resolve and adaptability to help Managers navigate complex and challenging situations.
