This role is permanent, full-time, offering a career development path into HR leadership, with opportunities to expand your knowledge across various corporate ER matters in a busy environment. It is ideal for someone with relevant experience looking to advance their career in Employee Relations.
The purpose of this role is to support the Group with advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters in line with group and local policies to ensure compliance with all ER practices. You will handle more than just disciplinaries, sickness, or performance concerns, and will be exposed to complex cases requiring expertise in UK employment legislation and a commercial approach, including:
- TUPE and redundancy processes
- End-to-end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements
- Day-to-day ER cases
This role offers the chance to support stakeholders across multiple brands and disciplines, requiring strong resolve and adaptability to help managers navigate complex situations.
