About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Digital Delivery Project Manager to join a leading retail bank and play a key role in a major migration programme. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be responsible for driving progress, solving complex challenges, and ensuring outcomes are delivered at pace.

You'll lead a small team of consultants and work closely with senior stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital and migration workstreams within a large-scale banking programme
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate a small team of consultants to deliver against key milestones
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies — and drive resolution
  • Act as the central point of coordination between business, technology, and third-party vendors
  • Translate complex requirements into clear delivery plans and actionable tasks
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication are clear, concise, and effective
  • Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and high performance across the team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering digital or transformation programmes within retail banking or financial services
  • Strong track record of leading teams and getting things done in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills — able to navigate ambiguity and unblock delivery challenges
  • Experience working on migration programmes (platform, customer, or data migrations preferred)
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a bias for action
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

If you're a hands-on Project Manager who thrives on solving problems, leading teams, and delivering real outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
