We’re supporting a global data and insights business with the rollout of a new Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple markets (UK, Netherlands, Switzerland + 1). They’re looking for an experienced CRM Trainer to support both the design and delivery of training throughout rollout.
What you’ll be doing:
- Getting up to speed with the system (alongside the SI) and building a training plan
- Delivering end-user training across the business during rollout
- Leading a train-the-trainer approach to support global adoption
- Driving user engagement and understanding of the CRM
