We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day internal communications activity. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications requests and prepare content for distribution and translation (handled by an in-house team)
- Build and send email communications, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and correct distribution lists
- Support the preparation and coordination of communications via Actions and Workjam platforms
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely upload and delivery of content
- Upload and manage files on SharePoint for relevant regions
- Maintain and update the store communications log, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded
