p strong Candidate Interview Specialist /strong /p p strong Location: /strong London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office) /p p strong Contract: /strong 6 Months /p p br /p p We are seeking four Candidate Interview Specialists to join our Early Talent Recruitment team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, fair and consistent assessment process for graduate, intern and apprenticeship hiring programmes across the UK, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. /p p br /p p strong Please note: /strong Monday and Friday are mandatory office days, with a third office day required during peak interview periods. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Conduct high-volume virtual interviews and assess candidates against the Early Talent assessment framework. /li li Record interview scores and feedback accurately using the recruitment platform. /li li Support in-person final-stage interviews in the London office. /li li Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process. /li li Act as a subject matter expert for the virtual interview platform, including troubleshooting issues and supporting colleagues. /li li Help candidates prepare for interviews through helpdesk sessions, calls and other communication channels. /li li Communicate recruitment outcomes and provide feedback to candidates where required. /li li Manage candidate inboxes, responding to queries and arranging reasonable adjustments. /li li Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). /li li Progress candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure a seamless candidate experience. /li /ul p br /p
