This role requires a strong self-starter with excellent business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, able to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise, and engaging materials for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving effective communication, producing high-quality presentations and packs, and supporting decision-making across a range of senior stakeholders.
Location - Edinburgh, 1 day per week onsite
Day rate - Competitive rate
Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis activities across change initiatives, ensuring clear definition and documentation of requirements
- Engage with stakeholders across a broad range of seniority to gather, clarify, and validate both business and technical requirements
- Translate complex information into clear, digestible outputs tailored for Senior Management consumption
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, including executive-level slides and briefing packs
- Produce structured reporting packs to support governance, steering committees, and decision forums
- Support communication and alignment across technical and business teams
- Extensive experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst within large-scale organisations
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and packs
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret both business and technical requirements
- Experience creating clear, structured documentation and outputs for governance purposes
- Confident self-starter, able to work independently and drive deliverables forward
