So, what will you do here? As Head of Recruitment for Software Engineering, AI & Data, you will become the cornerstone of our Technology division. You will be responsible for building a global network of engineers, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, and executive‑level technology innovators. This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You will work directly with people, build trust across the tech ecosystem, and open pathways for both senior executive placements and high‑value contract programmes. You will help us scale this practice into a global offering—supporting some of the most exciting companies in technology, AI, Digital Transformation, Deep Tech, and Software Engineering.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Partner with the Managing Director to build the strategy and long‑term business plan for a large‑scale technology recruitment practice.
  • Develop and expand a senior‑level network across Software Engineering, AI, and Data, targeting C‑suite and VP-level leaders.

Client Development & Growth

  • Build long‑term relationships with new clients, introducing them to our full suite of services—from executive search to contractor solutions to career coaching.
  • Deliver high-level talent consulting to innovative organisations, scale-ups, and enterprise technology leaders.

New: Our SaaS Platform – ImpelTalent.com (We launched our own SaaS platform designed to transform how recruitment, coaching, and talent development operate). Help shape how the platform is used within the tech division. Provide feedback to enhance features for both clients and candidates. Work closely with leadership to integrate SaaS solutions into large‑scale projects. Position the platform as a value-added service for engineering and AI clients. This is more than recruitment, it's contributing to a new digital ecosystem for talent.
