Job Summary
Account Executive (Full‑time, work from home with some travel). Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, managing client relationships, retention, and growth strategies across your portfolio. Develop strong relationships by sharing performance metrics and insights, and match client needs with Impel products.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio.
- Provide white‑glove service as the primary point of contact for client‑facing questions to achieve client delight.
- Deliver customer insights and consultation through frequent reviews and meetings, demonstrating understanding of the market and advertising landscape.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align campaign structure and strategies with client business goals.
- Identify barriers to success, define resolutions, and manage internal resources to resolve issues.
- Provide insights to Product teams for new features, functionality, and enhancements.
- Ensure all client requests and concerns are resolved urgently, professionally, and personally.
- Utilise Salesforce to document and track customer engagement and interactions.
- Perform related duties such as participating in projects or initiatives.
- Support teammates when necessary.
Qualifications – Requirements
- Experience in fast‑paced SaaS, startup, or automotive retail environments.
- Strategic thinker comfortable using data and insights to grow relationships by identifying and solving problems.
- Comfortable working remotely and on the road or in the field.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
