The Role
As the Director General for Digital Transformation & Coach, you will be a visionary, people-centric leader, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and transformative change across key business divisions. This high-impact role combines digital innovation with executive coaching, ensuring the company remains a market leader and continues to expand its influence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with global objectives, and drive the growth and operational efficiency of the business.
- Executive Coaching: Deliver top-tier executive coaching programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and fostering a high-performance, results-driven coaching culture.
- Operational Management: Partner with the UK Education team and HQ Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and Recruiting to run business reviews, planning cycles, and operational rhythm.
- Business Analytics: Analyze and review business metrics, generating insights to inform leadership priorities and accelerate growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, internal teams, and industry partners.
- Innovation: Identify emerging trends in executive coaching and digital technology, integrating AI-driven tools and new programs to support client success and scale impact.
- Team Development: Motivate, mentor, and develop senior teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and supporting cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead the execution of initiatives to drive business transformation, upskilling, and cultural evolution.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in digital transformation, executive coaching, strategy, education, consulting, or sales operations.
- Proven success in designing and implementing digital and business strategies at scale.
- Expertise in executive coaching, team development, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and synthesize actionable business insights.
- Hands-on, people-centric leadership style with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and business management teams.
- Experience with AI, technology integration, and leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
