The Role:
As the Managing Director and Executive Coach , you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management. This is a high-impact role that requires enhancing operational efficiency, while leading and expanding the business in the other to maintain its position as a market leader. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving operational improvements to enhance client outcomes and coaching program efficiency.
- Leading and inspiring teams to adapt to emerging trends and meet evolving client needs.
