Impel Consultant, on behalf of a leading UK Home Care organisation, is seeking an experienced, values-driven Area Sales Operations Director to join a mission-led team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of care and deliver real impact to individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing care and sales teams across your region.
  • Drive purpose-led business growth and expand services to meet local needs.

  • Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, aligning resources and planning with client needs.
