  • Work with senior management to identify opportunities to strengthen processes, reduce operational friction, and support strategic execution.
  • Contribute insight on organisational performance, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional improvement efforts across areas such as operations, finance, HR, and compliance alignment, while working within the scope of an advisory role.
  • Help leadership stakeholders recognise and act on market, organisational, and operational opportunities.
  • Foster strong internal partnerships that support both business performance and a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Your work will directly support the CEO, senior leadership team, and cross-functional business leaders. Indirectly, it will benefit the wider organisation by helping leadership teams operate more effectively and by improving the systems and operating rhythms that support growth.
