Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Executive Track Record: 5+ years of demonstrable success in a VP, C-suite (COO, CEO, MD), or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Dual Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in both Executive Coaching/Leadership Development AND Business Operations/Transformation.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both German and English is a strong advantage.
- Foundation: Strong understanding of corporate strategy, market dynamics, and EU/German compliance standards (a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree (MBA, etc.) or recognized coaching certification preferred.
