Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Leadership Mentorship: Provide structured, one-on-one coaching to senior leaders to enhance resilience, improve strategic decision-making, and foster high-performing team collaboration.
  • Operational Success: Design and implement strategies to drive scalable growth, achieve efficiency targets, and ensure operational processes support long-term sustainability.
  • Change Leadership: Guide organizational design and cultural initiatives, ensuring alignment between leadership strategies and overall business priorities.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Executive Track Record: 5+ years of demonstrable success in a VP, C-suite (COO, CEO, MD), or equivalent senior leadership role.
  • Dual Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in both Executive Coaching/Leadership Development AND Business Operations/Transformation.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both German and English is a strong advantage.
  • Foundation: Strong understanding of corporate strategy, market dynamics, and EU/German compliance standards (a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree (MBA, etc.) or recognized coaching certification preferred.
