Impel Consultant, representing a global leader in personalised education, seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director. This role is ideal for experienced directors, VPs, and senior managers (8+ years’ experience) from education, professional services, consulting, corporate operations, or technology backgrounds, ready to drive learning innovation across a fast-growing franchise network.
Help run the UK business, own important processes like business reviews and planning, and establish and shape the way we work, through running the operational rhythm of business, metrics.
Drive the business forward by executing initiatives to accelerate growth and land programs to scale.
Analyse and review the business - generating insights that identify where and how Education leadership should spend time.
Identify opportunities to refine existing processes, and help guide up the effectiveness of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.
- Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.
