About the Opportunity

Our client - a dynamic, rapidly growing organization at the forefront of innovation, is seeking an experienced leader to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this unique role, you will work directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders using a proven, structured coaching approach (comprehensive training provided). Offer insightful feedback and guidance to help executives unlock their full potential and improve decision-making. Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and career development.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth. Oversee key operational functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic objectives. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and operational improvements.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to leadership, talent development, and organizational performance. Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture. Foster strong business partnerships and drive initiatives that support both internal excellence and external growth.
Key Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles. Proven success in driving operational strategies and leading high-performing teams.
- Coaching & Communication: Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices. Experience in managing complex operations; a background in legal or compliance is a plus.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is desirable.
