Your Role:
- Partnering with senior executives to improve decision-making and leadership performance.
- Delivering structured coaching sessions tailored to individual goals and challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 20 years in industry with 10+ years in managerial roles.
