We are supporting a global professional services organisation undergoing a large-scale technology transformation and outsourcing transition. This is a key role within the Security workstream, requiring a hands-on Technology Security Architect who can operate across both delivery and design.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Support and lead security activities across a multi-phase technology transition to an external provider
- Define, review, and implement security policies, standards, and procedures aligned to a new operating model
- Work with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure security requirements are clearly defined and delivered
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable security deliverables
- Support the development of the security roadmap during transition
- Conduct gap analysis across current and future security posture
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and data protection requirements
- Provide hands-on support across monitoring, tooling, and threat detection environments
- Collaborate with business, risk, and operational teams to align security with organisational requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hands-on Security Architect or Security Lead
- Strong experience supporting technology transformation, outsourcing, or transition programmes
- Experience defining and implementing security policies and governance frameworks
- Security operations and monitoring
- Cloud and infrastructure security
- Data protection and privacy
- Exposure to cloud transformation and modern operating models
