The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale CRM transformation programme within a complex, international organisation. The role is consulting-led and delivery-focused, centred on the implementation, integration and optimisation of CRM platforms during a period of organisational change.
You will lead end-to-end delivery across CRM-related workstreams, acting as the bridge between the business, Technology, Operations and senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a PMO or reporting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of CRM initiatives, including system implementation, integration, migration and enhancement
- Own and drive detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and resourcing across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate design, planning and execution workshops with business users, Technology teams and vendors
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required into a central Programme Manager
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors involved in CRM delivery
- Ensure CRM solutions align with business processes, data models and user requirements
- Produce clear, senior-level reporting and updates using PowerPoint and Excel
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering CRM transformation or implementation projects within complex organisations
- Strong background in business and technology change programmes, ideally within consulting or professional services environments
- Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders and business users
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong planning, governance and delivery discipline
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Background in professional services or regulated environments
- Relevant project or change management certifications
