I'm working with a leading consultancy delivering a high profile Business Services transformation programme for an international law firm and am looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the delivery team. This role will lead the day to day delivery of a Process Intelligence powered Business Services Review, working closely with senior client stakeholders, technical teams and Pace consultants to ensure the programme remains on track.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the overall project delivery plan
- Lead project governance, meetings and stakeholder communications
- Manage project actions, risks, issues and dependencies without PMO support
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and third party suppliers
- Ensure key milestones, data extracts, security reviews and approvals are delivered on time
- Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and programme sponsors
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams within a complex law firm environment
Experience required
- Previous Project Management experience within a law firm or delivering projects into law firms through a consultancy or technology supplier
- Strong understanding of legal business services and working with senior stakeholders including IT, Operations, Risk and Finance
- Experience delivering outsourcing, offshoring or operational transition projects
- Comfortable managing technical stakeholders, including infrastructure, data and security teams, without needing to be hands on technically
- Excellent governance, planning and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using AI tools to improve project delivery, meeting management and reporting
Desirable experience
- Exposure to legal systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, Intapp or iManage
- Experience delivering data, analytics or process improvement projects
- Knowledge of Process Intelligence, Process Mining or Digital Twin technologies
- Experience delivering Source to Pay or Accounts Payable transformation projects
