Overview
We are supporting a major organisation through a period of significant transformation and are looking for an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale intranet integration. This is a client-facing consulting role, operating within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, where ownership, adaptability and strong stakeholder management are essential.
You will join an established programme and project team delivering complex change across a global estate, with a clear focus on outcomes rather than process for process’ sake.
The Role
You will take end-to-end responsibility for the planning and delivery of a SharePoint intranet integration, working closely with senior stakeholders, business users and technical delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and agree the delivery approach, plan, milestones and resourcing for a SharePoint intranet integration
- Lead the delivery of large-scale, high-visibility intranet projects within a complex organisational environment
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring progress across content migration, information architecture, change and go-live activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technical stakeholders
- Provide clear governance, reporting and executive-level updates
- Proactively identify risks and issues, driving solutions and maintaining delivery momentum
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing SharePoint intranet integration or migration projects
- Experience delivering projects in a global environment, ideally linked to rebrand, merger or organisational change
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and drive delivery to completion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Background in professional services or consulting
- Experience working with legal or professional services organisations
- Relevant project or programme management certifications
