Location: London, 3 days onsite

Overview

Seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to support a global organisation through a major HR systems transformation. This role will lead delivery of HR technology initiatives, acting as the link between HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end HRIS implementation or transformation projects
  • Gather, define and validate business and system requirements with HR stakeholders
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration and integration with other platforms
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and steering updates
  • Coordinate with Operations and IT teams on integration planning and execution
  • Ensure clear reporting and executive-level communication

Essential Experience

  • Proven delivery of HRIS projects within large, complex or global organisations
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT and senior leadership
  • Experience managing system integrations and data migration
  • Strong planning, budgeting and governance capability
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and steering packs
  • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable

  • Experience within legal or professional services
  • Background in consulting environments
  • Relevant project management certifications
