The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale HR and people transformation programme within a complex, international organisation. The role is consulting-led and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on HRIS and people systems change during a period of organisational integration.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across HR technology and people workstreams, acting as the bridge between HR, Technology, Operations and senior business stakeholders. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a PMO or reporting position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of HRIS-related initiatives, including system integration, migration, upgrades and process alignment
- Build and manage detailed project plans, dependencies and milestones across multiple HR and people workstreams
- Facilitate planning, design and execution workshops with HR, Technology and business stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues and change impacts, escalating where required into a central Programme Manager
- Coordinate vendors, internal teams and third parties involved in HR systems delivery
- Support integration of people processes, data and operating models across geographies
- Produce clear, senior-level reporting and updates using PowerPoint and Excel
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering HRIS or people systems projects within large, complex organisations
- Strong background in transformation or integration programmes, ideally within professional services or consulting environments
- Demonstrable experience working closely with HR teams on systems and process change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive-level engagement
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
Desirable
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or other enterprise HRIS solutions
- Background in professional services or regulated environments
- Relevant project or change management certifications
What This Role Suits
This role suits a Project Manager who enjoys execution-heavy delivery, has credibility with HR and Technology teams, and is comfortable leading people and systems change in high-profile transformation programmes.
