We are seeking to hire a team of experienced Change Managers to support a global organisation during a significant period of transition. These roles demand ownership and agility. You will act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring every detail of the programme is flawlessly executed.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage large-scale organisational change across complex global environments, with a strong knowledge of structured methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci.
- Exceptional communication and influencing ability as well as capability to manage resistance and build buy-in across diverse teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills – you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence.
- Proven experience managing and being involved in large scale transformation projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Legal Services and/or Professional Services experience is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in your area of expertise.
