The Finance Project Manager oversees all Finance-related integration activities. This individual manages systems transitions, reporting alignment, cost tracking, policy harmonization, and cross-department dependencies. This role requires working closely with Finance leadership, IT, HR, Risk, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, controlled integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all Finance merger integration activities
  • Manage the Finance integration project plan and roadmap
  • Assist in coordinating the integration of Elite 3E financial system and data
  • Track Finance-related merger costs and provide forecasting
  • Analyze and harmonize finance policies, controls, and procedures
  • Run regular Finance workstream meetings, prepare status updates, and manage communications
  • Maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting
  • Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation and resolution
  • Support cutover planning, testing phases, and training coordination

Required Expertise

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Finance or system integrations
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with systems such as Elite 3E, Intapp, Emburse, or similar
  • Strong data migration and project governance experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a high-pressure environment
