We are seeking to hire a team of experienced Change Managers to support a global organisation during a significant period of transition. These roles demand ownership and agility. You’ll act as the bridge between diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring every detail of the programme is flawlessly executed.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale organisational change across complex global environments, with a strong knowledge of structured methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing ability as well as capability to manage resistance and build buy-in across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills – you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence.
  • Proven experience managing and being involved in large scale transformation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Legal Services and/or Professional Services experience is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in your area of expertise.
