Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

The Opportunity

We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation undergoing a significant multi-year transformation and integration programme. As part of this journey, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a range of business application projects, working across both technology and business teams to deliver critical change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme with significant executive visibility, helping to shape the future operating model of a large and complex organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple business application and systems integration projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and status reporting
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Drive project governance, risk management and issue resolution activities
  • Facilitate workshops, project meetings and steering committees
  • Support change management and communications activities to ensure successful adoption
  • Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards

Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering IT projects within legal, professional services or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong project management background with experience leading complex transformation initiatives
  • Experience delivering systems implementation, migration or integration projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders
  • Experience working with business applications such as CRM, HRIS, intranet, document management, finance or practice management systems
  • Strong governance, reporting and project controls experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certification

Desirable Experience

  • Law firm experience
  • Merger and acquisition integration programmes
  • Large scale business transformation programmes
  • Consulting or client facing delivery experience
