Overview
We’re supporting a leading London-based law firm looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a series of service management and platform improvement initiatives across ServiceNow and core ITSM processes within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across IT and business functions to gather and define requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for ServiceNow delivery
- Support ongoing ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and optimisation
- Analyse and improve IT service management processes (incident, problem, change)
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and UAT
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects
- Proven background delivering within IT Service Management environments
- Experience working across key ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment
- Ability to operate in a structured, stakeholder-heavy organisation
