The Investment Control Associate will be responsible for mandatory regulatory reporting on behalf of the Impax Group, in its various regulated jurisdictions including transaction reporting, EMIR reporting and major shareholding disclosures. It will also have responsibility for pre- and post-trade investment breach monitoring, guideline coding and other Investment Control processes.

ROLE DIMENSIONS

The role sits in the Investment Control team within the Portfolio Services (“PS”) group (covering London and US EST) and reports into the Regulatory Reporting Specialist. The Investment Control team is a global team with three people sitting in the London office and one in the New Hampshire office. The Portfolio Services group includes Investment Operations, Fund Services, Business Management, Fund Administration and Performance.
